“Our Office is Special”We make sure you are well taken care of during each procedure. We have pillows and blankets for patients to use, movies to watch, headphones with music to listen to, and an electronic massager in our dental chairs. These are just a few of the special touches we have for our patients to enjoy to make the dental appointment as relaxing and comfortable as possible. An informed patient is most likely to achieve the highest level of health, and we look forward to working with you to achieve this goal.
At your initial appointment we will:
Occasionally, treatment can be performed the same day, however, a complex treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to discuss your needs.
Please help us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to dental treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medications (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, antiseizure drugs, or osteoporosis supplements).
If you have dental insurance, bring your insurance card. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
If your previous dentist has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward all of them to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them with you to your first appointment. If additional films are necessary, we will take them with our new Computer Digital x-rays which emits 80% less radiation.”
